Tuesdays With The Angels-The Angels Inspire My Words

In our world where turmoil persists, the inspirations from the angels have led me to write the following. In one hundred years from now all that will matter to many of us human beings on earth is that we tried to pass our love to our children and grandchildren. We are all  watching how the bullies of the world try to break peace and the promise of a harmonious future.

On our fragile God’s green earth each of us can make a difference. Passing the love on will be for me a message of hope for a future for my loved ones. The greedy, the narcissists clearly don’t understand what they are missing and that as bullies they will never win.

We must pray for our world, pass the love around to our family and friends with kindness toward all others. Love is more powerful than hate. Love is the triumph for the ages. Our children are watching  these next one hundred years. Will the bully ever know that love is the only answer?

Tuesday With The Angels-Angel Inspiration Ribbons of Kindness

I believe angels send me messages when I’m trying to go to sleep each night or when I wake up in the middle of the night. As I write my newest Mystic Bay Series novel about angels living as humans in the fantasy town I created, a recent  message  came in the night. Ribbons of Kindness.

I interpret this to mean that in this tumultuous time in our world when millions are scared of the uncertainty of peace, harmony and livlihood, there are ribbons of kindness flowing from many to help us all. It may be a stranger who smiles at us, a courteous driver who let’s us in a lane, a friendly word from an acquaintance or a loving hug and word from a loved one.

It may be the helping hands of ours or others who reach out to the less fortunate. As we trek through this time remember that love always wins, the bully always loses and kindness is there as a ribbon in your days. Being kind to others is a heroic part of love. In essensce kindness is the essential part of love. The angels know this to be true for sure. Whatever we do today and tomorrow please be part of the ribbon of kindness.

Tuesdays With The Angels-All Children Deserve A Wonderful Life

It’s A Wonderful Life has always been my favorite holiday movie. Maybe it’s because the theme of the film is truly about love and kindness and how it changes everything. In the film, an angel comes to change George’s life. George is a man who wants to end his life as the bully in the town has seemingly ruined the family business. Clarence, the angel, appears showing George what life would have been like if George had never been born. In the end George realizes his unselfish kindness to the townsfolk and his family has saved the business and that he really does have a Wonderful Life

I encountered an angel once long ago when hope seemed gone after my daughter died. The angel, like Clarence, appeared human to me and comforted me with his words. He seemingly disappeared and I realized it had been a true miracle in my life. I knew then putting my family first was paramount. Life had to go on and my children needed me more that ever.

I believe we must give our children a wonderful life as best we can. Through the wartorn world now, the children must be at the forefront of every adults mind. The children are the world’s future. They watch us, they learn from us. They can learn love or they can learn that bullying, another word for hate, is okay. Bullying has no place in our world. We must nuture our children as best we can. Just as George’s town helped him thwart the bully with their kindness, every child deserves protection from the hate in the world.

I believe in angels. Knowing that angels are here guiding us in seen or unseen ways gives me hope in humanity and human kindness. For hope and dreams and being kind to others helps our children no matter where they live in our world. Bless the children of the world for they all deserve a Wonderful Life.

Tuesdays With The Angels-Summer of Angels

Summer of Angels is here. It  is my first Mystic Bay Mystery! Set in the fictitious town of Mystic Bay, Gayle Force, a psychic meteorologist, has a prophetic dream sent by an angel. She must prevent a crime from happening. As in all my novels, a bully must be thwarted and the bully in this novel is no match for Gayle and her detective partner, Alex Knight! With angels at the helm, the bully never wins.

Tuesday With The Angel’s-Angel’s Prayer For Bullying’s End 2023

If I could hear all the angel’s prayers, they would pray for our children to never suffer from the effects of bullying again. If I could hear the angel’s prayers, their hopes would be to inspire us in 2023, to  teach all our children to stand tall, building strength and show kindness to others.

As I write my Mystic Bay Series about angels, I know for sure that angel’s prayers flow through my mind. In my novels, the bully never wins and love prevails. How you ask, do I know this? Well, once upon a time, long ago, when I was in tremendous sorrow, an angel appeared in human form and my life was never the same.  Angel’s prayers fill my heart with dreams and writings of love.

Tuesdays With The Angels-Summer of Angels

November 1st from 4 to 5 pm  I will be speaking at Desert Foothills Library in Cave Creek, Arizona. My topic will be my writing journey I call, The Angels on the Writer’s Shoulder. I will emphasize the journey of synchronicity I’ve been on since my late daughter passed away twenty seven years ago. My talk will include how it all transpired and I’ll read a few paragraphs from my memoir, Special Needs Children The Angels On My Shoulder. It’s a passage about Ned, of one of my students, and his interchange with me that changed my life for the better. All my students transformed my life on this incredible journey of mine. Five books in the Mystic Bay Series tell the secret story of  angels living as humans where no one knows the secret. Besides my memoir and Mystic Bay Series, I will speak briefly about my children’s book, When The Angels Sent Butterflies. I just completed my sixth in the Mystic Bay Series, Summer of Angels which will be published early 2023.

I’d love for my books to reach more readers because the thought of angels and writing about them inspires me each day to keep on the path of positivity and love. I walk the path with the angels, it’s my calling.

Tuesdays With The Angels-The Angels On The Writers Shoulder

Years ago, when I started writing my first novel, The Angel’s Daughter, I encountered many experiences that seemed to be my destiny. Since my daughter, Kate, passed away years ago, I have written seven books and I am writing the eighth. This was not happenstance, this was meant to be in the tapestry of my life. You see, writing became healing, especially about angels, because I know I encountered an angel once in human form. He comforted me at my time of loss. I will speak of this encounter and more in my talk, The Angel’s On The Writers’ Shoulder. I am excited to announce I will be at the AZ Author’s Series Desert Foothills Library in Cave Creek, Arizona, November 1, 2022 at 4 pm. Come join me as I take you on my writing journey with each spiritual discovery. More information to come. Sending this in Light and Love.

Tuesdays With The Angels- Are Angels Divine?

The word divine means from God. God is divine and angels are sent from God. The angels are as perfect as they can be because they are God’s messengers. When I think of angels, I call on them to help me in my writing and in my day to day solving problems. I know now I get thoughts in my mind that are sent from above. These thoughts help me embrace my joys. I find  peace knowing these divine celestial beings are sent from God to help all of us. I have heard many inspiring stories from friends and others who have amazing angel encounters. To me, angels bring hope and God’s divine love to us all. I know this because I’m sure I met an angel once long ago when I needed God’s assuring love the most.

Tuesdays With The Angels- Angel Messages

A message from the angels ran through my thoughts the other day. I wasn’t thinking about angels at the time.

Love Is Tangible was the message. And as I thought about it during the day, it made such sense. Yes, you can see love in another’s eyes, in the devotion you feel for your loved ones on earth and loved ones gone on to heaven.  You can almost touch that love when you touch your heart.

My late daughter Kate, was afraid of bees when she was four. Years later after she passed away, I met a man who I am sure now was an angel. His presence and words comforted me. A few years later, I began writing novels about angels who come to earth in human form to help.

In ‘Town of Angels,’ the third novel in the Mystic Bay Series, Angel Ken sends butterflies to people in the town to calm their fears.  I was encouraged to  write a children’s book about the angel sending butterflies. Thankful for the wonderful illustrations by my friend, Susan Claire Anderson, I wrote ‘When The Angel Sent Butterflies’. In the story, Angel Ken sends butterflies to calm little Kate’s fear of bees. On the back cover I wrote, “Children need to know love from their parents and others surrounds them. Love conquers fear and beieving that angels are near can help sweep any childhood fear away.”   My love for my daughter, Kate, grows on as the years do now. Love never dies and as the angels’ message relayed to me, Love Is Tangible.

Tuesdays With The Angel- Messages From The Angels

The other day as I planned my day, doing the dishes, looking out the kitchen window, a thought came to me. I wasn’t thinking about heaven, angels or God at that moment but the words came through my mind. Walk with me. I realized it was a message from heaven.

Later in the day, I was contemplating whether to text a loved one who was having a disheartening day. Unexpectedly, the birthday card from that same person with a butterfly on it fell down on my desk. It had been leaning on the wall. There was nothing to have prompted the card moving. I knew it was a sign from above to text the loved one and I did. I knew the words that ran through my mind at that moment were part of my morning message.

“When one door closes, another one opens. Angels are near,” I wrote in the text. My message from the morning was clear. I was walking with the angels that day.
